- You must have a domain registered (or be in the process of getting ready to register a domain.
- You must also have hosting available. If you don't have hosting at the time, we can still design your website if you get picked from the drawing. However, you will be unable to put the website online until you obtain hosting.
- You must also keep at the bottom of the website (Web Designed by Outlaw Designs) with the active link.

Once a month we throw the names in the Website Lottery Program. It is a computer program that automatically picks a name. It is not tailored to any specific criteria. We put the names in, and we hit a button. It's that simple.

***There are three prizes total. The first prize is a free web design. The second prize is a web site at half price. The third prize consists of the draft fee being waived, and the tax being paid for by Outlaw Designs.
****If the customer who has won one of the three prizes agrees upon the web site being created, the customer will get the web site designed at the cost of the prize won. If said customer decides to not go with the design after agreeing upon said design the customer will be charged the full price of the design, unless a different price is agreed upon by the designer.
